The rules of engagement — in plain language.
These terms cover the services offered through josei.agency. For ongoing client work, a separate signed contract takes precedence over anything here.
Josei.Agency is operated by Xhesika Tufa, an independent sole trader working across Tirana, Albania and Madrid, Spain. Contact: [email protected].
Services are offered to businesses and brands only, in the EU and US. I don't take on personal branding, influencer growth or individual creator accounts. The one exception is the 1:1 training, which is open to individuals.
Every engagement follows the same sequence: a free consultation, a written proposal, a signed contract, then the work. Nothing begins — and nothing is charged — before the proposal is approved in writing.
One-off audits are paid in full before work begins and delivered within 3 business days of payment and account access being provided. If you go on to a monthly retainer, the audit fee is credited against your first invoice.
Refunds on audits are handled case by case. If something has genuinely gone wrong, talk to me before anything else.
Management fees are a set monthly amount, never a percentage of ad spend. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform — I never hold your budget and never exceed the limit you set. Creative production, ICP research and audits of past campaigns sit outside the base fee and are quoted separately.
Timely access to accounts, brand assets and any context I ask for. Delays in receiving these move timelines accordingly. You confirm you have the rights to any material you send me.
Once an invoice is paid in full, deliverables created specifically for you — content, strategies, campaign assets — are yours. My underlying methods, templates and frameworks remain mine. Either of us may reference the working relationship publicly unless the contract says otherwise.
Anything you share that isn't public stays private, during our work and after it ends. Where I reference past work publicly, it's anonymised unless a client has agreed to be named.
Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Work may be paused on overdue accounts. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Nothing here limits liability for anything that can't legally be limited. Otherwise, my total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid me in the three months before it arose. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, or for changes made by third-party platforms.
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. Changes don't affect engagements already underway.
