Paid Ads & Reporting | Meta, LinkedIn & Pinterest Ads — Josei.Agency

Ads that answer to a number.
And a report that proves it.

Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest — set up properly, watched weekly, adjusted inside your budget, and reported on in a PDF you can hand to anyone without translating it first.

Why only three

Seven years across five platforms. I kept three.

I've run paid campaigns on Twitter, Reddit, Meta, LinkedIn and Pinterest. As a one-woman studio, I'd rather be genuinely excellent on three platforms than passable on five — so I kept the ones where I get the best results and know the auction inside out.

The three

Different platforms, different jobs.

Which ones you actually need gets decided on the call — not assumed because everyone runs Meta.

Reach & volume

Meta Ads

Instagram and Facebook. The widest reach and the cheapest testing ground for creative and messaging.

  • Full campaign setup and structure
  • Audience building and lookalikes
  • Retargeting and warm audiences
  • Creative testing at pace
  • Pixel and conversion tracking
Precision & pipeline

LinkedIn Ads

The most expensive clicks and often the most valuable. Worth it when your buyer has a job title you can name.

  • Job title, seniority and company targeting
  • Lead gen forms and document ads
  • Account-based campaign structures
  • Message and conversation ads
  • Conversion tracking and insight tags
Intent & longevity

Pinterest Ads

The one most brands skip. People arrive already planning to buy, and organic reach continues after the spend stops.

  • Keyword and interest targeting
  • Shopping and catalog campaigns
  • Idea and video ad formats
  • Seasonal and planning-cycle timing
  • Tag setup and conversion tracking
Before we start

Do you have creatives, or do you need them?

This is the one question that changes the timeline. Both routes are fine — they're just priced and scheduled differently.

Route one

You supply the creatives

You already have imagery, video and copy ready to run. I handle everything from account access onward.

  • Campaign structure and setup
  • Audience and targeting build
  • Tracking and conversion setup
  • Launch, monitoring and optimisation
  • Monthly PDF reporting
Setup begins as soon as access is granted
Route two

I create the creatives

Media and copywriting produced from scratch, in your brand voice, sized for each placement.

  • Everything in route one, plus:
  • Ad creative design and production
  • Copywriting: hooks, body, CTAs
  • Variants built for proper testing
  • Formats adapted per placement

How it runs

From first call to first report.

Every stage in writing before anything spends money.

01 Free · 30 minutes

We talk it through

Your goal, your budget, your market. I'll tell you which platforms make sense and — just as usefully — which ones don't.

02

I propose the flow

Recommended platforms, campaign objectives, structure, audiences and creative direction. Written down, sent for your approval before anything is built.

03 Your part

Access and assets

Ad account access, brand assets, and your creatives if you have them. If I'm producing the creatives, this is where the extra three business days begin.

04

Build and launch

Campaigns, audiences, tracking and creatives set up in full — then a final check against the approved plan before anything goes live.

05

Monitor and adjust

Ongoing checks on performance, with budget, audiences and creative shifted where needed — always inside the budget you set. No surprise spend.

06 Every month

The report

A full PDF: what ran, what it cost, what it produced, and what I'd change next. Written to be forwarded, not decoded.

Reporting

You'll know exactly what your money did.

Not a dashboard login you'll never open. A document, every month, that stands on its own.

What ran

Campaigns, audiences, creatives and placements — with spend against each

What it cost

Cost per click, per lead, per result. Compared to the month before

What worked

Winning creatives and audiences, and why they outperformed

What's next

The changes I'd make next month, and the reasoning behind each

Delivered as a PDF — forward it to a boss, a board or an investor without editing a thing.

Objectives

Every objective covered.

Which one you should actually be running is part of what we work out on the call.

How I work — plainly.

Worth knowing before you enquire, so neither of us wastes a call.

Management fee A set monthly fee, agreed upfront and quoted after our call. No percentage of ad spend, so my incentive isn't to talk you into spending more. Deliberately priced to be affordable for smaller brands.
Ad spend Paid by you, directly to the platform. I never hold your budget, and I never move outside the limit you set.
Add-ons Creative production, ICP research and audits of past campaigns sit outside the base fee. All quoted before anything starts — you'll never see a charge you didn't approve.
Everything in writing The proposal, structure, objectives and creative direction are all documented and approved by you before a single campaign is built.
B2B only Businesses and brands. Not personal branding or individual creator promotion.
Who does the work Me. Setup, optimisation and reporting — no junior, no outsourced media buyer.
Next step

Let's work out what to run.

Thirty minutes, no cost, no pitch. Bring your budget and your goal — I'll tell you honestly whether paid is the right move.
